I hope everyone is well and safe. I am deeply grateful that Whisper Lake was spared any major catastrophe.
Many, many thanks to WLPOA Board members Julie Doerter and Tim Iverson, as well as Boris Krueger and his staff at POA Support, Inc., who worked throughout this ordeal to provide clear, timely communications and home wellness checks.
Another special shoutout goes to Steve and Josh Doerter and their yellow tractor. Together, they worked to clear trees and debris from our streets, allowing our residents to travel for much needed supplies. Thanks also to Dennis Tribble, Duncan Baker, and others who aided in these efforts.
Most of all, though, I would Like to thank YOU -- the residents of Whisper Lake -- for coming together as a community and working together to check on and keep each other safe.
And for those of you that may have been affected by Hurricane Milton, please do not hesitate to reach out if there's anything we can do to help or support you in its aftermath.
